The monthly tasting is the heartbeat of the club — bring something you've made, or just bring your palate. Around that we run the quarterly swap meet (six bottles in, six different ones home) and, once a year, the competition: proper judges, proper scoresheets, and feedback that genuinely makes your next brew better.
