Bristol's friendliest fermentation club — beer, cider, wine and mead, all welcome.
Come to a tasting nightStarted in a Bedminster garage
We're a bunch of Bristol brewers who got tired of drinking our experiments alone. These days we meet every month for tastings, swap bottles every quarter, and once a year we put our best batches in front of proper judges — who give feedback that's actually useful, not just polite.
Don't worry about how good your brew is. We've all made terrible first batches (some of us still do), and honest, kind tasting notes are how everyone gets better. If you're curious about fermentation, you'll fit right in.
No committees, no fuss — just regular reasons to brew something and bring it along.
Guides, kit comparisons and club projects — written by members, tested in actual kitchens and garages.

It just has to be brewed. Come along to the next monthly tasting — bring a bottle if you've got one, bring questions if you haven't.
