Yes, always. Export your full site — content, members, posts — at any time from your account settings. Everything is stored in standard formats. No export fees, no gatekeeping. Your data is yours.

Do you take a cut of shop sales?

Zero percent. We never take a cut of what you sell. Your payment processor charges their standard rate — currently around 1.5% + 20p per transaction in the UK — but that's between you and them. Seamstack takes nothing on top.

Yes, on Starter plan and above (from £4/mo). You bring your own domain and connect it in a few steps — we'll walk you through it. Free plan sites run on a Seamstack subdomain.

Is it really GDPR compliant? What do you handle vs what do I do?

Seamstack handles the technical side: cookie consent, data export requests, soft-delete, and UK-hosted infrastructure. You're responsible for your content — making sure what you publish is lawful and that your own privacy policy accurately describes how you use member data. We provide a template to get you started.

Can I move my existing website or Facebook group over?

Yes. Paste your current website URL during sign-up and Seamstack will automatically pull in your content to pre-fill your new site. For Facebook groups, you can import member lists manually. Either way, the AI will generate a polished site from whatever information you give it.

What happens if I cancel?
